PERSONALIZATION DETAILS

• I will send you a proof of your personalization within 2 business days of your order. You will have 24 hrs to approve the proof. 

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND

• All Pre-Order and Personalized Tags will be shipped within 7-10 days of the pre-order closing 

• Regular stock will be shipped within 3-7 days of ordering 

• All orders that are shipped with USPS, which on average takes 1-5 business days to arrive from my studio to your home, depending on the distance traveled.

• All orders shipped with expedited shipping are through UPS and will take 1-3 business days to arrive. 

• I do NOT process returns, cancellations, or exchanges at this time. I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS).
